September 10 Philippine Holiday for Ramadan

It's a non-working Philippine holiday on  September 10 as the Palace declares it to give way for the festivities for Ramadan / Eid ul Fit’r or the end of the holy month of fasting by the Muslims.

Eid’l Fit’r Ramadan on September 9 Holiday Still Unverified

Triggered by the August 23 Philippine holiday revision, the work force are now led to think that previously declared holiday Eid’l Fit’r Ramadan on September 9 (holiday) might not push through.

The public are once again guessing of the upcoming Eid’l Fit’r Ramadan holiday on September 9 with the absence of an official government declaration or announcement from the new administration.

Is August 23 is A Holiday? Not Anymore! :(

The president has overturned a previous August 23 Philippine Holiday proclamation making it now a regular woking day.

They returned the regular holiday to August 21 (Saturday),  the actual Benigno 'Ninoy' Aquino Day.

August 23 & August 30 - Philippine Holidays 2010; Long Weekends Expected

Students and workers can revel in the upcoming Philippine 2010 Holidays combo of 2 consecutive Mondays - August 23 21 & August 30, 2010.

They are declared as as a special non-working holiday and regular Philippine holiday, respectively.
